How can more research-based ideas turn into companies?
At our next Hub Panostamo Afternoon Coffee, we are joined by Pasi Karjalainen, Professor of signal and image analysis in the Department of Technical Physics at the University of Eastern Finland. The topic of the session is research commercialization.
There is a lot of excellent research expertise in the Kuopio region, but we also need more practical discussion around what works and how research-based innovations can be supported and commercialized more effectively.
Pasi will share his experiences from multidisciplinary research, commercialization projects and startup projects connected to UEF research (such as Adamant Health, CorFlux, TRUEHEAR & SURGERIX).
