Analysis of the Kuopio Health member survey 2022

Kuopio Health conducted a member survey during the summer. More than 80% of the respondents feel that they benefit a lot or very much from KH’s activities. Contacts, networks, opportunities for cooperation and training are emphasized in the benefits. Various events and occasions, information transfer, match-making, trainings and network maintenance stood out as desirable services.

About 60% of the respondents had participated in the work of one or both workgroups, of which 100% were satisfied or very satisfied with the workgroups’ activities.

Issues for development were: joint projects, more external experts, supporting the activation of companies and a wider presentation of member companies.

Of the respondents, 80-100% considered it either important or very important that Kuopio Health does project preparation/coordinates it, facilitates cooperation between the public and private sectors, and that Kuopio Health also operates internationally. Almost all respondents were satisfied with Kuopio Health’s communication and Kuopio Health’s operations as a whole. Things that the members were particularly satisfied with were: regional cooperation/vision, activity, staff activities and training.
